LEAD ANTENNA ENGINEER
Cutting-edge antenna company needs a lead antenna engineer with excellent hands-on experience and strong design and fabrication expertise to develop new products for commercial and government customers. From day one you will lead the antenna engineering effort for the funded development of antennas for vital government uses.
DUTIES
- Transform proof-of-concept and prototype antenna designs into cost-effective producible products as engineering leader of a small team.
- Optimize performance/price/quality of products driven by customer requirements
- Work directly with Chief Technology Officer
- Be responsible for the quality of engineered product
COMPETENCIES
- 10+ yrs of direct antenna product design engineering expertise
- Hands-on antenna laboratory and production experience
- Use of software and hardware tools of the trade
- Military product development experience a plus
COMPANY
Fractal Antenna Systems, Inc., a small company founded in 1995, develops
and produces state-of-the-art fractal antennas for government and commercial
customers. Our talented staff creatively applies knowledge of physics
to electromagnetics problems and is skilled at providing valuable engineering
solutions to these challenges. Patented fractal antenna and resonator technology
provides new ways to exploit the antenna design space with smaller multi/wideband
antenna and array solutions.
