New Transparent, High Performance Wideband Antenna Enables Covert Electronic Surveillance
BEDFORD, MA – Fractal Antenna Systems, Inc. announces the new patent pending Tranztenna™, a powerful, compact antenna system designed for covert intelligence gathering. Tranztenna incorporates patented fractal antenna technology in an optically transparent film that can be placed on a building or vehicle window. The antenna performs over an extremely wide frequency range and provides excellent gain. A single Tranztenna replaces multiple traditional antennas because of its wide frequency range. The antenna is also compact and flexible enough to be easily transported and deployed in field operations.
Tranztenna has inherently 50 Ohms of impedance, and operates with a VSWR of less than 3:1. Optional frequency lowering panels are also available.
Fractal Antenna Systems, Inc. designs and manufactures antennas for commercial, military, and government sectors. Based on patented technology utilizing fractal geometry, the company’s fractal antennas deliver more powerful performance for multi-band and wideband applications than traditional aerial systems, and in much more compact and versatile form factors. Fractal Antenna Systems was founded in 1995 by Dr. Nathan Cohen. Fractal Antenna Systems is privately held and based in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA.
